-WASHING INSTRUCTIONS It is advisable to wash your hat frequently so that sweat stains do not adhere to it. Machine washable using warm or cold water; or simply by hand. Do not use bleach.

-HOW SHOULD IT LOOK LIKE? A good hat should be attractive and very comfortable. That's why the Tilley hat has been designed to fit snugly and slightly loosely. It should be supported by gravity and not by painful pressure on your forehead! The hat should fit loosely enough for you to turn it left and right, and raise and lower it without rubbing against your forehead. -SIZES AND HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD To know your size you have to measure your head (in centimeters or inches). Measure around the head, just above the eyebrows. You will find your size in the Tilley Hat Sizing Chart.
