These durable pants are designed for general outdoor adventures and hiking, and are also suitable for other activities such as dry-weather skiing, mountaineering, hunting, and longer expeditions. They are made from a robust, high-quality fabric based on organic cotton and recycled polyester, as this material offers the optimal combination of durability, wind resistance, and breathability. The pants are reinforced at the knees and seat with a combination of flex1 and dri2 fabric to ensure waterproofing, durability, and elasticity.
The main fabric is an extremely durable canvas construction made from organic cotton and recycled polyester (295 g/m²). It also features a PFC-free DWR coating for enhanced water repellency. The flex1 reinforcement fabric is a 274 g/m² recycled, double-knit, stretchy, and weather-resistant 90D softshell material, offering robust quality perfect for a variety of activities. It features 4-way stretch for optimal freedom of movement and is finished with a PFC-free DWR for enhanced water repellency. The 60 g/m² dri2 fabric has a 20,000 mm waterproof rating with a 20D tricot backing that provides waterproofing in reinforced areas.
Key features include: Custom-Fit Waist System™, snap button closure, zippered side vents, back pockets, front pockets, concealed gaiter hook, adjustable cuffs with lined gussets, belt loops, and laminated zippers. The pants have a regular fit with pre-shaped knees for improved mobility. They can be worn over larger hiking boots.
