This lightweight backpack is designed for year-round mountaineering and is perfect for general outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, or heading out on your next adventure. Norrøna uses recycled nylon and polyester fabrics that are extremely lightweight, durable, and meet high sustainability standards. Norrøna uses nylon fabric for this product because it is the most durable and resilient fabric Norrøna knows of. Norrøna uses ECONYL® brand nylon, which offers superior quality and a closed-loop system of regenerated and recycled nylon yarn sourced from pre- and post-consumer waste, such as discarded fishing nets and other nylon waste (including from Norway). The main fabric is a lightweight 79 g/m² recycled 70D ECONYL® ripstop with a 2000 mm waterproof PU coating. The lining is made of 70D recycled polyester.

Key features include: a main compartment, a lid compartment, breathable mesh fabric in areas that come into contact with the skin, a hydration system pocket, an integrated helmet net that can be attached to the front or under the pack, an internal security pocket with a key hook, and a comfortable hip belt with a gear loop and mesh pocket. The pack features a dynamic carrying system with a foam insert in the back panel. The ribbed back panel ensures comfortable carrying.

ECONYL® Yarn
ECONYL® yarn is a 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from manufacturing and consumer waste, such as discarded fishing nets and other nylon waste (e.g., from Norway). The aim of this process, produced by the Italian company Aquagill, is to give new life to all kinds of waste to protect our environment.
